1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services and renting a Seabob from Lotus Sea Toys, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to availability. By confirming your booking, you agree to the rental terms, including rental duration, fees, and responsibilities.

3. Safety and Liability

Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by our staff. Lotus Sea Toys is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from negligence or failure to follow instructions.

4. Age Restrictions

Participants must be at least 14 years old. A parent or guardian must accompany those under 18.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a discussion regarding options.

6. Modifications

Lotus Sea Toys reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
