Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Options
Lotus Sea Toys offers in-person rentals at our location. We do not ship physical products, as all Seabob rentals must be picked up and returned at our designated site.
2. Rental Duration
All rentals are available for specified time periods (e.g., hourly, half-day, full-day). Please ensure you return the equipment on time to avoid additional charges.
3. Damage and Loss
You are responsible for any damage or loss of the Seabob during the rental period. A security deposit may be required, which will be refunded upon the safe return of the equipment.
4. Late Returns
Late returns may incur additional charges based on the rental agreement. Please communicate with us if you anticipate being late.
